The sounds are muted. The choreography reads the geometric architecture, of the outside of the St. Canisius church, as a score for a play with light and reflection. Moving bodies and objects relate to the architectural space. The happenings reveal lines and perspectives in an exceptional way.
The / Life / of / Fine / Lines is a site-specific performance that deals with architecture of an outside space, the sky, the surrounding and the silence. These elements melt together in a visual performance with mirrors and an air-tube. In slow-motion the objects show the surrounding opening up to a multi- perspective choreographic-sculpting. A score based on simple lines of trajactory and structured-improvisation of binary actions and poetic intentions, the dancers move in space interconnected through a network of tasks that change according to the movements of the other dancers and objects.
